Unique to Klockner Moeller’s RMQ-Titan line is the ability to convert a button’s functionality easily in the field. Maintained pushbuttons can easily be converted to momentary at the flick of a switch. Selector switches can be converted from momentary to maintained with the removal of a simple insert. The key removal position of keyed selector switches can alsobe modified in the field with a simple “Coding Adpater.” This flexibility adds a tremendous advantage over dedicated- function devices from other manufacturers. Inventories are reduced and functionality is increased.

High environmental ratings All front elements have a minimum IP66 environmental rating, protecting them against heavy seas, sprayed water, oil and dirt. Many standard operators have more stringent IP67 and IP69K ratings, protecting them from submersion and high pressure, high temperature wash down environments found in food processing applications. In addition, virtually all actuators can be ordered with ATEX approval labels for use in dangerous explosive dust areas like mills, metal grinding, woodworking, cement works, the aluminium industry, the pharmaceutical industryand many others.

Our keyed operators offer 8000 different lock mechanisms and four separate levels of supervisory access privileges. Individual operator control is the most popular, but group, 2nd level and general master key schemes are available for ultimate operational control.
